Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PostPlanIt. By signing in and using the app, you agree to them. If anything here doesn't make sense, please reach out before you rely on it.

What PostPlanIt is

PostPlanIt is a scheduling tool: you connect social media accounts, draft posts, and schedule them to publish automatically. It publishes exactly what you schedule, when you schedule it - it doesn't generate, edit, or approve content on its own behalf.

Your account

You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for keeping that Google account secure - anyone with access to it can access your PostPlanIt account. You must be able to legally agree to these terms to use the service.

Connected platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, or Mastodon, you're still bound by that platform's own terms of service - PostPlanIt is a tool you use to interact with them, not a replacement for your obligations to them. We're not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account there (suspension, API changes, etc.), including as a result of content you scheduled through PostPlanIt.

Acceptable use

Don't use PostPlanIt to schedule content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the terms of service of any platform you're publishing to - including spam, harassment, or coordinated inauthentic behavior. We can suspend or terminate accounts used this way.

Your content

You own what you create. Scheduling a post through PostPlanIt only grants us the limited right to store and transmit that content to the platforms you've chosen, for the purpose of publishing it as you've instructed - nothing more.

Plans & billing

PostPlanIt has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed and processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings - cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund payments already made unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Service availability

PostPlanIt is provided "as is," without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Scheduled posts depend on the platforms you connect to and their own APIs being available - we retry transient failures automatically, but we can't guarantee a given post will publish successfully if the destination platform is unavailable or rejects it.

Ending your use of PostPlanIt

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your drafts, media, connected accounts, and publish history. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly the acceptable-use section above.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PostPlanIt is provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content that fails to publish or a connected platform's own actions against your account.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
